  •  When will my order be delivered?

    We'll deliver your order by the Estimated Delivery Date provided in your Payment Confirmation email.

    You can also track your delivery at any time by selecting the Order from your Order History on your BuyAllOnline Account profile here.

    This is the most current tracking information we have for your order. If this date changes, we’ll let you know straight away by email or SMS.

  •  Can I change my delivery address after I have ordered ?

    It’s not possible to change your delivery address after confirming your order, so please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout. To change your delivery address permanently for future orders, you can update your Address Book under your Customer Information in your Account profile here.

  • Can I reschedule my  delivery?

    Your order will arrive by the estimated delivery date provided in your payment confirmation email. We will send you an SMS prior to the date of delivery to let you know when to expect the courier.

    If you will not be available on that date, you can reschedule your delivery if your order meets certain criteria.

Warranty

  • My items were delivered broken, what can i do?

    Should an item be damaged or defective, please contact our Online Customer Support Centreimmediately to arrange for the earliest convenient collection date. Please make a note on the delivery waybill of damages as well. Once returned to the store, the product will undergo an assessment following which a decision be made on the replacement of the item. Promotional, free or bundled items that were part of a purchase must also be returned.

  • Can I return online purchases?

    If you are not happy with your purchase, you have up to 14 days to return it for a refund. Please ensure you retain all packaging, manuals and accessories to allow us in processing the return in store.

  • Manufacturers's warrantties conditions

    Goods that show a manufacturing defect within the first 6 months of purchase will be repaired, replaced or refunded. Buy All Online can book a service call with the supplier on your behalf, if you phone in and request us to do this

    Defects that develop after 6 months may be repaired, replaced or refunded at the manufacturer’s election, and subject to the relevant manufacturer’s policy or extended warranty

    The nature of the goods (size, technical specifications, etc.) often dictates where the repair will take place. For example, on site or at the manufacturer’s premises

    The manufacturer’s warranty will only apply to defects in the process of manufacturing the goods and will not apply in the following instances:


    Damage caused by lightning or power surges

    Damage caused by misuse or abuse to the goods

    Goods used for a purpose other than the purpose for which they were manufactured

    Goods used contrary to their instruction manuals

    Accidental damage


  • Why is my refund taking so long?

    Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 working days, depending on your bank's processing time.

  • What forms of payment do you accept online?

      • Electronic Funds Transfer from South African banks. Note that we will only start processing your order once payment has been verified.
  • What is 3D Secure?

    3D Secure is an initiative by Visa and MasterCard to add an extra level of security when using your credit card online. A 3D Secure-enabled credit card will require the entry of a one-time PIN before your order can be placed. If you have never set your credit card up for 3D Secure one-time PINs, your bank will automatically take you through the process the first time you try and pay.
